Anchor Point Mobile Marine is Joshua’s solo mobile marine repair business, serving Lutz, Land O’ Lakes, and nearby Tampa Bay / Pasco, Florida. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us about work, and how we use it.

Information we collect

This website is public. It does not have accounts, a customer login, or a public booking form. When you email or (once a number is issued) call or text us about a job, we may collect:

Your name
Email address
Phone number
Where the boat is (dock, yard, trailer, or nearby address)
Details you share about the boat and the problem you want diagnosed or repaired

We collect that information so we can respond, schedule a visit, and complete the work.

Text messages (SMS)

If you text us, or you give us a phone number so we can reach you about a specific job, we may send transactional messages related to that job. Examples include scheduling, arrival, parts, and follow-up about the repair.

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS. We do not add numbers to a blast list. Job-related texts are only for the work you asked us to do.

Message frequency varies with job activity. Message and data rates may apply.

How we use information

Answer questions and quote or schedule mobile marine work
Come to the boat and perform diagnostics or repair
Send transactional email or SMS about your job (not marketing)
Keep ordinary business records of the work we did

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS are never shared or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use vendors only to deliver messages you would expect as part of booking and completing a job — for example an email host or an SMS provider (such as Twilio). Those vendors process the message; they are not given your information for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or login software. Your browser may still send standard technical data (such as IP address and user agent) to the host that serves the pages.

How long we keep information

We keep job-related contact details, messages, and notes while the job is open and for 365 days after the job closes, then delete or anonymize them in our systems where we can. Providers may keep their own logs for a limited time under their policies.
